Stranded Loose Tube Non-metallic Strength Member Armored Cable

GYFTY53  Φ250 fibers are positioned  in a loose tube which is made of high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A steel wire(sometimes sheathed with PE) locates in the center as metallic strength member. The tubes and fillers are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core, and then it is wraped with an Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate(APL), which is filled with filling compound to protect it from water ingress. The the cable is covered with a thin PE inner sheath. After the PSP is applied over the inner sheath, the cable is completed with a PE outer sheath.
